Movie & Games Night – Feb. 8

WOODBURN ELEMENTARY MOVIE & GAMES NIGHT

FRIDAY, February 8, 6:45-9 pm

Planned movie: Incredibles 2

Time: 6:45-9 pm – doors open at 6:30.
Movie will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m.

Where: Movie in Cafeteria & Games in the Gym

  • Cost: $5 per student and includes a small bottle of water and popcorn.
  • Please send in a check payable to “Woodburn PTA,” or pay by cash.
  • Register: Register early to make check-in/check-out easier. Turn in money and completed form through your child’s Thursday folder or to the front office by Wednesday, February 6.
  • Forms will be sent home soon in Thursday folders.
  • Pizza & Concessions:  Pizza will available for purchase for $2 per slice. Please indicate on the form if you plan to purchase pizza so we can order enough. Additional snacks will be available for purchase for $1 per item.
  • Who can attend: Only students of Woodburn Elementary are permitted to attend.  Younger siblings may also purchase a ticket if a parent attends as a chaperone. 
  • Drop off Rules: All students MUST be signed in and out by a parent or authorized guardian.
  • Please – NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK!!!
  • Kids may bring your blanket, pillow and favorite stuffed animal.
  • Conduct: If a child is disruptive during the movie, he/she will receive a warning to correct their behavior. If disruptive behavior continues, the student will be removed from the movie and their parent(s) will be called to pick up the child.

Gingerbread House Workshop

Friday, December 7 | 4-5pm
$5 per Student

Students can make and decorate a “gingerbread” house with candy and icing.

Friday, December 7th | 4:00 – 5:00pm |$5 per student

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

  1. Return this form and payment by Wednesday, December 5th.
    Make checks out to: Woodburn PTA.
  2. No one is allowed to walk home. An adult must meet or pick up children at school at 5:00pm.
  3. NO bus is provided for this event.
  4. Kindergarten students must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. Volunteers needed. If you can help, complete the form below.
  6. Space is limited –return your form as soon as possible.
