• Space is limited. Sign-up as soon as possible, by Friday, Nov. 22.
• Two ways to register:
  1) Register online and pay with credit card at a discounted rate  
  OR
  2) Complete and return the paper form (sent home in Thursday folders) with your payment ($5 per student; cash, or make check payable to Woodburn PTA)

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS: PLEASE READ

• No student is allowed to walk home.
• An adult must meet or pick up children at school at 5:00pm.
• NO bus is provided for this event.
• Kindergarten students must be accompanied by an adult.
