Ms. Hale & Ms. Manno discussed how students make sense of math using different concepts. Ms. Cortes covered Language Arts, and the importance of reading with your child. Ms. Gannon explained emotional development of students throughout the elementary school years.

Click here for the full meeting presentation. The first meeting of the school year started with the proposed budget to help explain the planned activities for the year. We met our school’s new principal, Ms. Richman, and also learned about Title I and the VA PTA’s proposed legislation.
