It’s Back to School time

Hello Woodburn families,

Hope summer holidays are going great!

In anticipation of the start of school, please save the following dates:

Kindergarten/1st Grade Play Date

Thursday, Sept. 1:

Teacher Welcome  Walk  
10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Back-to-School Night Open House and Dinner
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Woodburn Elementary School

Tuesday, Sept. 6:

First Day of School!!
9:20 a.m. – 4:05 p.m.

Ballet Family Fun

Hello Woodburn families!

How’s the summer going? We just learned of an exciting (and free!) event at the end of August.

“Beat the Heat with Dancing Feet” Aug. 28 at 2 pm

On Sunday, Aug. 28, join Virginia Ballet Company and School for a FREE hour-long exciting, educational and energetic dance presentation that explores expression and rhythm through various styles of dance.

The performance will take place at Ernst Community Cultural Center, Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale.

Admission is Free.
